- Scout — a job-search tool that scans design postings and builds a resume from a corpus of verified claims — never generated ones.
- TTC Website Audit — audited ttc.ca against Nielsen’s ten heuristics and ran moderated usability sessions, isolating the navigation failures behind the most common rider tasks.
- Centennial Safety Watch — a usability and WCAG audit of the campus safety platform, measuring interaction patterns against task completion.
- Figma Tic-Tac-Toe — a component and variant study — board, turns and outcomes built as one Figma component set.
